Can I really win any vehicle?
As the rules outline, the prize is dependent on the selection made by the Grand Prize Winner. Our winner will ultimately choose whether they win a vehicle outright or the use of a vehicle through a lease arrangement at no cost depending on a variety of factors unique to each potential winner. Any vehicles on the Fagan sales lot on July 15, 2017 that are officially for sale by Fagan Automotive can be selected as the winner’s prize. If the vehicle selected is not eligible for and outright win, lease conditions attached to the winner’s selection will be outlined at that time. If the winner does not meet lease requirements on their chosen vehicle, they may opt to select an alternate vehicle eligible for an outright win.
How do I enter?
Visit special WCLO/WJVL Broadcast locations (listed at www.wclo.com and www.wjvl.com and announced on air) to collect special game pieces – which are multi colored plastic keys. You may obtain one key at each special broadcast. Colors of keys are for interest only and do not have any bearing on the participant’s chance to win. Bring your collected keys to the final event at Fagan Automotive (3601 E. Milwaukee Street in Janesville) on Saturday, July 15th between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to be eligible to win.
How will the winner be selected?
At the final giveaway event on Saturday, July 15th, 2017, ten finalists will be selected in a random drawing as outlined in the official contest rules. From that pool of ten, one will be declared the grand prizewinner.
Can I affect my chances of winning?
Yes. The more game pieces (keys) collected during the run of the contest, the better your chances of being selected as a finalist. At the final giveaway event, you will exchange your game pieces (keys) for and equal number of entries into the finalist drawing(s).
What if I cannot get out to collect game pieces? Can I still win?
Absolutely. Even if you only choose to come to the final giveaway event, you will still be able to collect one game piece and earn one entry into the finalist drawing(s) between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
Can I win if I am not able to attend the event on July 15th?
Unfortunately, no. In order to have any chance at winning, you must be present at the final giveaway event on July 15, 2017.
Do I have to save the reminder cards given to me with each game piece?
It is not necessary to save the reminder cards. However, if you wish to save time at the final giveaway event, we encourage you to complete the blanks on the back of each card and bring them to the final giveaway event on July 15th with your game pieces. The completed reminder cards will be entered into the finalist drawing(s) at the rate of one per each key turned in. Alternatively, if you do not save the cards, you will be issued new entry cards at the time you turn your keys in at registration at the final giveaway event.
Why do I also need to complete the Official Entrant Form?
The official entrant form (available at all “Drive your Dream” on-location broadcasts, on the station websites and at the final giveaway event) is used to confirm that you meet eligibility requirements outlined in the official contest rules. Only one entrant form is required for contest participation and that form must be turned in to contest officials no later than 11:30 a.m. on July 15, 2017 at the final giveaway event.

WCLO/WJVL/Fagan Automotive “Drive Your Dream” Official Rules
1. Collect and win special token “keys” at various qualifying broadcast locations throughout the listening area as outlined on the station websites and announced on WCLO and WJVL radio.
2. ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 or older to play. You may collect one game piece (key) at each different broadcast location. Limit of one game piece per person at any broadcast event. Employees and immediate family members of WCLO, WJVL, Bliss Communications, Inc., Fagan Automotive, and participating promotion sponsors are not eligible to win. Employees and immediate family members of “on location broadcast” locations may not participate at their own location. Immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. All decisions of WCLO/WJVL and regarding the execution of the contest and interpretation of the rules are final.
3. With each collected game piece (key), participants will also receive an instructional/entry card. The instruction card (which will also be acceptable drawing entry forms at the final event if completed and submitted with collected keys) will be the same at each broadcast location. The card will serve as a consistent reminder of the basic game play facts: a) Potential contestants must attend the final giveaway event on July 15, 2017 at Fagan Automotive to be eligible to win. b) Contestants will receive one entry per game piece (key) submitted at the final giveaway into the final drawing.
4. By participating, you give WCLO/WJVL and participating promotion sponsors the authorization to use your name, photo, video, voice recording, entry materials, likeness or image in promotional materials without further compensation. Entrant registration information will be made available only to WCLO, WJVL and Fagan Automotive.
5. The contest period will open on May 6, 2017 and close on July 15, 2017. The number of “on location broadcasts” where game play will take place are at the sole discretion of WCLO/WJVL.
6. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to alter the rules and will post changes to our websites at www.wjvl.com and www.wclo.com .
7. Prize Description: Grand Prize: Drive any car off Fagan Automotive’s Lot: This prize is defined as follows: Winner may select from any vehicle on display on July 15, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until the contest conclusion on the new or used car sales lots at Fagan Automotive. Depending on the vehicle selected, the grand prize will be awarded in the form of outright title or no-charge lease agreement for a specified set of terms and conditions connected to each individual vehicle. Winner further agrees that the terms of the awarding of the grand prize will be at the sole discretion of Fagan Automotive, but shall be a minimum of a two-year mileage limited lease. As a general rule, (with some exceptions) vehicles selected which are priced under $19,000 will be awarded outright ownership while those over $19,000 retail value will be awarded in the form of a lease arrangement for not less than a two-year term. Should the grand prizewinner select a vehicle awarded under lease conditions, the winner must qualify for General Motors financing In the event that a lease-winner does not qualify for the financing, another vehicle not under the lease restrictions may be selected. Winner is responsible for payment of sales tax, vehicle title and licensing.
8. Final Giveaway event requirements:
a. Current and new contestants may request a game piece (key) at the Grand Prize Event between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on July 15, 2017. No game pieces will be issued after 11:00 a.m.
b. All game piece holders must bring their game pieces to the specified area on site at Fagan Automotive, 3601 E. Milwaukee Street, Janesville, WI between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to exchange them for entries into the final drawing(s). Contestants in line at 11:00 a.m. will be considered as meeting this requirement. No late game piece exchanges will be allowed.
c. Game pieces will be exchanged for entry blanks on a 1:1 basis. Participants may also present their collected instruction cards containing the entry information for validation on July 15. If the contestant presents no instruction/entry cards, they will be issued the eligible number of entries for the game pieces (keys) submitted.
d. One Official Entrant form per person must also be completed and presented at the specified area by no later than 11:30 a.m. on July 15, 2017. This form also contains a blank for contestants to write in the vehicle they might like to choose if they are the grand prizewinner. No contract between the entrant and the stations or Fagan Automotive is implied or expressed by completing this blank and the contestant shall have the right to select an alternate vehicle other than the one specified on their entrant form if they are verified as the grand prize winner.
e. At or after 11:30 a.m. on July 15, 2017, ten finalists will be drawn at random from all the game piece (key) exchange entries to participate in the final giveaway event. An individual may only be declared a finalist once, and drawing a contestant’s name more than once during the finalist selection period shall result in an alternate name being selected. Entrant forms must be on file for cross-referencing with entries selected for participation in the final drawing event. In
the event that a finalist is drawn and no corresponding Entrant Form is on file, the name will not be eligible or announced and another finalist will be selected.
9. One Grand Prizewinner will be selected by random method from the ten finalists in a separate event to occur shortly following the selection of the tenth finalist.
10. Once a winner is declared, the contest will officially end. The declared winner will then meet with representatives of Fagan Automotive to make their official and binding vehicle selection as the prize as outlined in the prize description.
11. Acceptance, delivery and/or storage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Prize may not be exchanged or transferred and is not convertible to cash unless a cash payout alternative is offered within the prize description. Prizes must be accepted in “as is” condition at the conclusion of the contest.
13. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to disqualify any contestant not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time.
14. WCLO/WJVL and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for entry fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, WCLO/WJVL reserve all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.
15. WCLO/WJVL and its promotional partners are not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in these rules and reserve the right to correct such errors, if any, without any penalty or liability.
16. WCLO/WJVL, Bliss Communications LLC., participating sponsors and their parent and subsidiary companies are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize, make no claim as to the condition of the prize on the date of giveaway, and offer no warranty or other guarantees regarding acceptance of the prize.
17. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the prize, including but not limited to federal and state income tax, state sales tax, title and registration and license fees.
18. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days. After 30 days, the prize becomes the property WCLO/WJVL Radio. Another winner will not be selected.
19. No purchase necessary to play or enter. Void where prohibited.
