The folks at BP say they're open to suggestions on how to stop the Gulf oil leak. "Top Kill" didn't work and so on their website (www.bp.com) they say they're open to suggestions...you can also call them at 281-366-5511. My question is...shouldn't they already know how to fix this way ...
