How to Play our StayCation Prize Game:

1) Get your FREE StayCation Card at Blackhawk Community Credit Union or our next broadcast.
2) Bring your card to each "StayCation on Location" broadcast for a chance to enter.
3) A winner will be drawn at the end of each broadcast to win a $500 StayCation Prize Package.
4) Your entry will also be included in our monthly Grand Prize Drawings.
5) You can also use the card for special discounts as printed on the back side.

Prizes you could win:

Win a StayCation. A StayCation Prize will be awarded to one winner at the conclusion of every "StayCation on Location" broadcast. StayCation prize packages will include a variety of admission, attraction, event and hotel certificates which vary by date. All packages include a $200 Visa Gift Card from Blackhawk Community Credit Union. You are eligible to enter to win at every "StayCation on Location" broadcast we conduct, as well as at the grand prize events, until you win. Here are the contents of each StayCation Prize Package (subject to change):

All "StayCation on Location" entries are combined throughout each registration period to form the final drawing pool. StayCation Official Rules: (*updated 6/11/2009)

1. In order to be eligible to participate in the Staycation promotion, you must pick up, retain and show, on request, the official “Staycation Card”. Cards may be obtained free at area Blackhawk Community Credit Union offices in Janesville, Edgerton and Delavan, at each “Staycation on Location” broadcast or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Staycation Card Request, WCLO/WJVL Radio, P.O. Box 5001, Janesville, WI 53547.
2. The “Staycation Card” will contain special offers redeemable at local sponsors. The availability and redemption of such offers is at the sole discretion of the individual business participant and has no direct impact on any of the contest features of the card.
3. Possession of the “Staycation Card” is required for entry into our “Staycation on Location” drawings which will occur at various business locations throughout the promotion. During each of these broadcasts, we will award one Staycation package, with a minimum retail value of $500, drawn at random from all eligible entries received during that event, to one entrant.
4. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER ‘STAYCATION ON LOCATION’ EVENT. Limit of one Staycation package win and one Grand Staycation Prize win per person for the entire run of the promotion. You must be 18 or older to enter or win.
5. All entries of each “Staycation on Location” event will be combined for Grand Staycation Prize drawings which will be conducted at approximately 30 day intervals throughout the promotion. The exact prize descriptions will be available on the radio station websites at www.wclo.com and www.wjvl.com . All accumulated entries from each grand prize drawing period will be discarded upon the awarding of a Grand Staycation Prize and the accumulation of new entries for the next prize will begin with the next “Staycation on Location” event. Grand Prize registration periods will run from May 25, 2009 to June 26, 2009; June 27, 2009 to July 31, 2009 and August 1 to August 28, 2009.
6. Employees and immediate family members of WCLO, WJVL, Bliss Communications, Inc., Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Finnegan’s RV, Nelson Pools and Spas, K&W Greenery, Marling Homeworks and participating sponsors are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
7. All decisions of WCLO/WJVL regarding the execution of the contest and interpretation of the rules are final.
8. By registering, you give WCLO/WJVL, Bliss Communications, Inc., Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Finnegan’s RV, Nelson Pools and Spas, K&W Greenery, Marling Homeworks and participating sponsors the authorization to use your name, photo, video, voice recording, entry materials, likeness or image in promotional materials without further compensation. Entry information will not be sold or offered to any other businesses except Blackhawk Community Credit Union and WCLO/WJVL.
9. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to alter these contest rules and prize windows after posting such changes to our websites at www.wclo.com and www.wjvl.com .
10. Prize Descriptions: “Staycation packages” will contain a $200 Visa gift card courtesy of Blackhawk Community Credit Union, plus a changing variety of event tickets, hotel stays and other items which will bring each package to a minimum retail value of $500. “Grand Staycation Prizes” will have a value in excess of $4000 and are subject to change as the promotion goes forward. Official descriptions of each “Grand Staycation Prize” will be posted to the station websites prior to the first available entry event. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value to those described herein or in the future on the websites. *All prizes must be accepted “as presented” and in “as is” condition. No cash or exchange redemption.
11. WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time. Until contacted by an official representative of WCLO/WJVL, any and all announced winners are subject to entry verification and WCLO/WJVL reserves the right to revoke the “winning status” of any contestant prior to their official notification for any reason. We may request, at any event, that contestants present their Staycation Card to confirm their eligibility to play.
12. WCLO/WJVL and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for entry fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, WCLO/WJVL reserve all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.
13. WCLO/WJVL and its contest and promotional partners are not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in these rules and reserve the right to correct such errors, if any, at any time without any penalty or liability.
14. WCLO, WJVL, Bliss Communications, Inc., Blackhawk Community Credit Union, Finnegan’s RV, Nelson Pools and Spas, K&W Greenery, Marling Homeworks and their parent and subsidiary companies and participating sponsors are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize(s), make no claim as to the condition of the prize(s) on the date of giveaway, and offer no warranty or other guarantees regarding acceptance of the prize(s).
15. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the prize(s), including but not limited to federal and state income tax, state sales tax, title and registration and license fees.
16. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the declaration of a winner. After 30 days, the prize(s) becomes the property WCLO/WJVL Radio. Another winner will not be selected. All prizes must be redeemed within the conditions and expiration dates contained therein.
17. No purchase necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.
