Brain Power

Brain Power

By Justin Brown ( Contact )   June 23, 2009

Do you seem to be forgetting more things? I've been accused of this by my wife recently. Although I must admit, I think I just need to "listen better." But that's another blog. I came across this article and thought I'd share it. It's called:

"4 Exercises to Sharpen Your Brain"

By Dr. Maoshing Ni

Think of your brain as a muscle: It gets stronger with exercise. Your everyday mental tasks are like walking, but how about a real workout? Try these simple exercises to boost your brain power and clear away the fog of forgetfulness.

  1. Use your non-dominant hand

  2. Work out your brain

  3. Move your fingers to improve your brain

  4. Stimulate brain acuity with self-massage

Read the entire article HERE to see how to put these 4 "exercises" work.

Now what was that I had to do today? Hmm?
