Phillies Batting Practice

Phillies Batting Practice

By Tim Beggs ( Contact )   October 1, 2008

It took me just 3 innings to realize the playoff series between the Phillies and the Brewers is batting practice for Philadelphia. Milwaukee has done nothing at the plate in their first four innings. In the field it's the same sloppy play with bobbled balls by Bill Hall, an error by the never sure handed Rickie Weeks and a dropped fly ball by Mike Cameron allowing 2 runs to score. We waited since 1982 to watch this?

Iam pulling for you Crew! Act like your not just happy to be there and play the game. After all it is just a game. Go Get 'EM! Swing the bat, make a play, smile, have fun and score a run or two, please. If things don't change soon, it's a quick 3 and out. I don't know if we can wait another 26 years.

Thanks for the memories Cole Hamels, Calgon, take me away!

Hey bud,

Try having the best record in the NL and getting crushed two games in a row at home!!! But being a CUBS fan I guess I should be used to it!!!!!!!!
