The Pistol Annies, Angaleena Presley and Ashley Monroe, joined Miranda Lambert onstage at two of her Livin’ Like Hippies Tour stops; Friday and Saturday night (March 2 and 3.) The trio performed two songs during each of the shows. Lambert’s 2018 tour stopped in Knoxville, Tenn., and Cleveland, Ohio, when Presley and Monroe showed up. Together, the three ladies sang their Pistol Annies songs “Hell on Heels” and “Takin’ Pills.” The Pistol Annies released their second album, Annie Up, in 2013; but later that year, they canceled all of their upcoming concerts and have not released any new music or toured together since. Rumors of a breakup swirled at that time, which all three artists have always denied. Lambert’s Livin’ Like Hippies Tour began in January and is scheduled to run through late March.
