Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton have shared their highly anticipated new joint single “Dive Bar.” Billboard reports that “anthemic” new duet is “only available on country radio” for now and raves that the tune “recalls Brooks’ massive hit ‘Friends in Low Places.'” Brooks also tells the outlet that he reached out to Shelton about duetting after seeing him perform his latest solo single “God’s Country” at the ACM Awards in April. “I didn’t know what I was expecting, but I’ve never heard him sing like that before,” adds Brooks. “We recorded together and it was fun to watch him.” “Dive Bar” will be available via Amazon Music starting on Amazon’s 2019 Prime Day, which has yet to be officially announced. Brooks and Shelton will also perform the song live for the first time at Brooks’ stadium tour stop in Boise, Idaho on Wednesday. “Dive Bar” will then be featured on Brooks’ upcoming album Fun, which does not yet have a release date.
