Doors open at Fermenting Cellars Winery at 5 pm to enjoy drinks and appetizers; sweet/sour meatballs, relish tray, spinach artichoke dip, meat/cheese/cracker tray. Act 1 will begin at 6 pm. Main entrée served buffet style at 6:30 pm to include beef stroganoff with egg noodles, lemon pepper chicken with rice, California blend hot vegetable. Act 2 at 7:30 pm. Dessert served at 8 pm – choice of red velvet, chocolate and carrot cakes. 8:30 pm Act 3. 1 complimentary drink ticket, complimentary water and coffee. Cash wine and beer bar, Sprite and diet Pepsi.
