Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser and Relay Event – Spaghetti dinner tickets are $15 each. Cancer survivors are free IF they also register for the event (on-line or paper form). All tickets must be purchased/secured by October 1 – there will be a very limited number of tickets available the night of the event. Carry-outs are available. Dinner includes spaghetti, meatballs, garlic toast, tossed salad, milk or coffee, cookies/brownies/bars.

All cancer survivors can register for the event through ACS by calling 1-800-227-2345, register online at www.cancer.org, or with a paper form. Please contact 608-558-8062 or email raisinlady69@gmail.com. In order to qualify for the free dinner ticket, cancer survivors must register through ACS and contact 608-558-8062.
