ABOUT:
The Philip Gibbons radio show has been heard throughout Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky for 50 years, and now here in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Philip has served as a guest announcer many times on the Grand Ole Opry.
AWARDS & HONORS:
He received the most distinguished honor of his career in 2019 when he was inducted into the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame, and was recently recognized by the Tennessee General Assembly for his induction. During his career, Philip has received numerous CMA and ACM Personality of the Year Nominations and, in 2020, was awarded the Country Radio Seminar/Country Aircheck Award for Small Market Personality of the Year.
COUNTRY STARS:
Notable artists such as Lady A (Antebellum), Maren Morris, & Mickey Guyton, just to name a few, experienced their very first in-studio radio interview on Philip’s show.
