- Final Giveaway Notice: All finalists must be present at the final giveaway event at Badger Bob’s Bar and Grill, W8497 County Rd A, Delavan, WI 53115 from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 8, 2024 to be eligible to win the grand prize. No new qualifiers will be selected at the giveaway venue, though other prizes may be offered that are not associated with this contest.
- Grand Prize Description: The Grand Prize is a $10,000.00 Credit toward materials and installation services of any products/services the winner shall choose that are regularly available from Bob’s Custom Windows and Siding and/or Advance Construction in Janesville.
- The 10,000.00 credit will be awarded to a single winner who must sign a contract for services within one year of winning the prize. The prize may not be redeemed for cash or credit and is not transferrable to any other individual. Unused credit will not be refunded in any form. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to play or win any prize
- To play: Starting April 8, 2024, contestants can register at business locations (once per person/per day) as announced on participating “Big Radio” stations (WCLO, WJVL, WGEZ, WBEL, WWHG) and listed on the station website(s) for a chance to be randomly selected as a contest finalist. Potential contestants can also attend specially designated live broadcasts as publicized on-air and on station during which time a minimum of three additional ‘instant finalists’ will be selected from entries collected during the broadcast event only. Contestants may become a finalist only once during the entire promotional period. A total of 150 entrants will be invited as finalists (either from live broadcasts or drawn randomly from the cumulative entries received at participating businesses) to the Grand Prize Event. Finalists will be notified through the provided email address and/or telephone number of their potential winning status and will receive further instructions of the grand prize drawing only via that email address or telephone number.
- Grand Prize event details: All contestant finalists must check-in to the giveaway venue no later than 12:30 p.m. local time. During the period from 1:00-2:00 p.m. a single prize winner will ultimately be decided by random method. Finalists must be present to win, surrogate participants will not be eligible to win.
- Employees and immediate family members of Big Radio (aka Ben Thompson and Scott Thompson) Badger Bob’s Bar and Grill, Bob’s Custom Windows and Siding and Advance Construction and other participating sponsors are not eligible to win. Immediate family includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
- All decisions of Big Radio regarding the interpretation of rules, including but not limited to the execution of the contest, eligibility of contestants, and decisions regarding errors or omissions to the official rules, are final.
- By registering, you give Big Radio, Bob’s Custom Windows and Siding and Advance Construction the authorization to use your name, photo, video or voice recording, likeness or social media posts in promotional materials without further compensation. You also authorize Bob’s Custom Windows and Siding and Advance Construction to include your entry information on their in-house mailing list. Entry information will not be sold or offered to any other businesses.
- Delivery of the prize and any associated expenses (including taxes, title and registration) are the responsibility of the winner.
- Prize may not be exchanged or transferred and is not convertible to cash. Unless otherwise specified, the prize does not include any additional goods or services. No further rights to any warranty of any kind are assigned or implied.
- Big Radio reserves the right to disqualify any entry not conforming to the rules of the promotion at any time.
- Big Radio and its contest and promotional partners assume no responsibility for fraud committed by any entrant. In the event it is determined that an ineligible entrant wins a prize, Big Radio reserve all rights to the ownership and return of the prize and all costs associated with remedying any prize award to an ineligible entry or entrant.
- Bob’s Custom Windows and Siding, Advance Construction, Big Radio and their parent and subsidiary companies and participating sponsors are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize. The same entities make no claim as to the condition of the prize on the date of giveaway and offer no warranty or other guarantees regarding acceptance of the prize.
- Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with winning the prize, including but not limited to federal and state income tax, state sales tax, title and license fees.
