The latest tune off of Center Point Road, Rhett’s fourth studio album, which was released on May 31. The artist describes the project, which is named for a road in his hometown of Hendersonville, Tenn., a nostalgic record. This light-hearted summery stroll finds Thomas Rhett singing of cracking open a cold beer at the end of a crummy day. Rhett co-wrote the song Ryan Tedder, the OneRepublic frontman’s frequent collaborator Zach Skelton, and producer Julian Bunetta. The track was inspired by a lousy round of golf with Bunetta. Once they decided to open a cold one, their golf game got better.
