New at Noon – Carly Pearce “Heart’s Going Out of Its Mind”

Carly Pearce has dropped a romantic new song, “Heart’s Going Out Of Its Mind.” The mid-tempo tune finds Pearce musing on the excitement of a new love, going by lyrics such as “Boy, whatever you’re sellin’, I’m buyin’ it/I’m losin’ it a little, but I’m likin’ it.” In a behind-the-scenes video, Pearce revealed that she wrote the song after her second date with her now-husband, Michael Ray. “I tried to keep it hush-hush, but when I got in the [writer’s] room that day, I just started gushing and told them,” she says. “I wanted to write that, like, ‘I have no idea how I’m saying this to you, but I know I’m gonna marry this person.’ And they’re like, ‘Whoa.’” “Heart’s Going Out Of Its Mind” is due to appear on Pearce’s self-titled second album, which is out on February 14.
