Janesville fire fighters respond to downtown power plant

Fire shuts down a turbine at the Centerway Dam generating plant in downtown Janesville. Deputy Fire Chief Jim Ponkauskas says flames could be seen coming from the turbine when the first crew arrived a little before 2:00
