Protesters outside Rock County Courthouse share issues with local criminal justice system

Racial justice protesters are seeking change from Rock County judges and prosecutors. A few dozen activists demonstrated outside of the Rock County Courthouse Thursday, citing the high incarceration rate of Black people in the state of Wisconsin.
