New at Noon – MaRynn Taylor “I Know a Girl”

Singer-songwriter MaRynn Taylor’s assured new single “I Know a Girl,” celebrates everything sweet about a crush.  Her youthful delivery invites listeners into a romantic daydream about a boy who just doesn’t see all that’s available, right in front of him.
“She ain’t halfway ‘cross the country, no she’s closer than you think.  If you want someone who wants to give you everything… I Know A Girl.”
“I Know A Girl” was penned by veteran hitmakers Nicolle Galyon, Jimmy Robbins, and Shelley Skidmore and produced by Doug Johnson and Jimmy Robbins.
Artist and songwriter MaRynn (Muh-rin) Taylor moved to Nashville in 2019 to pursue music and stepped into an almost dreamlike scenario. She was standing in the rain, after a long day during CMA Fest, ready to go home when she was serendipitously handed a flyer for Black River’s 60-Second Spotlight. She and her mom decided to check it out and as luck would have it, the talent opportunity was closed for the day. But as FATE would have it, the executive staff enjoyed the conversation that was struck up with the aspiring artist and invited her to sing a couple of songs.
That evening, Taylor and her mother watched the CMA Music Fest unfold from Black River’s suite at Nissan Stadium, and on the day of the CMA Awards (11/13) later that year, while in the middle of a live interview on the legendary 650 AM WSM radio’s Coffee, Country and Cody with Bill Cody, MaRynn Taylor signed her recording and publishing deal with Black River Entertainment.
“I Know A Girl” is the follow-up to MaRynn’s 2020’s debut, “Dads and Daughters”, an autobiographical tribute to what should be one of the most meaningful relationships in any girl’s life.
