Charges expected in crash involving stolen vehicle

A 22-year-old Beloit man is facing charges after a serious traffic crash involving a stolen vehicle.  Rock County Sheriff’s officials say deputies were called to the intersection of West Rockport and South Hayner Roads about 6:00 a.m. Saturday
