Friends of Noah hosts Victorian Holidays fundraiser

A Victorian Holiday Open House, benefitting Friends of Noah-WI animal rescue will be held at 103 N Chatham St in Janesville.  The Victorian Holiday Open House will be held from 5 pm – 8 pm on December
