Medical isotope manufacturer in Beloit is expanding

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit is investing $50 million in a new facility to produce a therapeutic radioisotope used to cure people of breast and prostate cancer. The Beloit City Council on Monday night gave the company
