A 35-year-old Beloit man faces charges after a police standoff in the 2500 block of Riverside Drive.  The Rock County Emergency Dispatch Center reports Town of Beloit police responded to a disturbance shortly after 2:00 a.m. Monday where the suspect reportedly threatened a woman with a firearm.  A Rock County Sheriff’s Office news release says the woman was able to leave the residence prior to the arrival of law enforcement, but a juvenile female remained.  Sheriff’s officials say after multiple hours, Cale Tinder exited the residence and was taken into custody without further incident.  The girl was also released without injury.  Tinder was taken to the Rock County Jail on charges of second degree recklessly endangering safety, failure to comply with police, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct while armed with a domestic enhancer.  Tinder is scheduled to be in Rock County Court at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
