The Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is looking to attract visitors from outside Rock County by distributing $40,000 in Tourism Marketing Grants.
Executive Director Christine Rebout says past recipients include Warbird Weekend , Civil War Living History Days, Dragons on the Rock, and the Janesville Town Square Gran Prix.
Since the development of the fund in 1998, the JACVB has given away nearly $400,000 to local groups and organizations.
The deadline to apply for the second round of funding is September 16th.
