A 21-year-old Monroe man accused of giving a teen drugs and alcohol before sexually assaulting her won’t have to spend any time behind bars if he sticks to the terms of his probation.
According to online court records, on Friday in Rock County Court Luis Toledo plead guilty to child enticement – sexual contact. Judge Ashely Morse held open her finding of guilt.
Toledo also plead no contest and was found guilty of two counts of battery, two counts of disorderly conduct, and fourth degree sexual assault.
Toledo was sentenced to four years of probation and he doesn’t have to register as a sex offender.
According to the criminal complaint, Toledo picked up a 15-year-old from her home in Janesville at 2:00 a.m. in October of 2023, gave her alcohol and THC, and then raped her in the back of his vehicle.
