Local, state, and federal authorities raid a pair of “massage” parlors on Prairie Avenue in Beloit.
Beloit Police say on Tuesday they were joined by Janesville Police, Mount Pleasant Police, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations, Department of Workforce Development, and U.S. Department of Diplomatic Security Services in executive two search warrants on the 2200 and 2700 blocks of Prairie Avenue.
The coordinated operation apparently followed multiple complaints from community members and area business alleging that these establishments were involved in offering sexual services.
Police say evidence was collected and multiple interviews were conducted.
No arrests have been made, and the Rock County District Attorney’s Office says nobody has been referred to them for charges yet.
