A 30-year-old Janesville man is under arrest, accused of striking a person on a motor bike and leaving the scene.

Janesville Police say shortly after midnight on May 12th officers were dispatched to a hit-and-run crash near Pine Tree Plaza on Deerfield Drive.

Two people on motor bikes were traveling in the area when one of them was struck by a gray Ford Taurus, causing significant injuries. The driver of the Taurus fled the scene.

Janesville Police say it appears the crash was intentional.

Officers identified the driver of the Taurus as Kade Larson and arrested him Wednesday on suspicion of attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and hit-and-run causing great bodily injury.

Larson has yet to be formally charged and has not yet appeared in Rock County Court.
