A Janesville car wash chain has a few new team members. One is a 6-foot, 11-inch-tall superstar forward for the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team.
Bucks Mega-star Giannis Antetokounpo, and his brother, former NBA player Thanasis Antetokounpo, along with former NBA Rookie of the Year Michael Carter-Williams, have signed on as brand ambassadors for Mr. Splash.
Mr. Splash CEO Jeff Joos says the three pro basketball personalities are calling themselves the “Splash Squad.” Look for them in Mr. Splash’s marketing.
Joos says the three basketball pros hooked into a deal with Mr. Splash after their agent saw the company was looking to grow.
He says the brothers Antetokounpo and Co. were interested in Mr. Splash’s philanthropic and charitable efforts working with the Boys & Girls Club and other local nonprofit groups because they have their own charitable arm.
Mr. Splash aims to open three new stores in the Madison area, adding to the six washes they have in Rock County and Madison.
