Beloit Police make an arrest in connection with a shots fired incident last Saturday.
Beloit Police say officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Portland Avenue just after 7:30 p.m. on April 26th on the report of shots fired.
Officers found evidence of gunfire but nobody was injured.
Beloit Police say through investigation, they identified 17-year-old Carl L. Mance of Beloit as a suspect.
Mance was taken into custody Wednesday on suspicion of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted robbery while while armed with a dangerous weapon, being a juvenile in possession of a dangerous weapon, and resisting arrest.
Mance has yet to appear in Rock County Court.
