The 23-year-old Beloit woman who was sentenced to probation as part of a felony hold open agreement in a case where she and a Janesville man stole a vehicle with a child inside may be headed to prison after all.

Last month, Neanni Bowman plead guilty to abduction of a child and abandonment of a child and no contest to two counts of bail jumping and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Judge McCrory withheld her finding of guilty on the first two charges as part of a felony hold open agreement and sentenced Bowman to two years of probation and 90 days in the Rock County Jail.

According to online court records, less then a month later Bowman was charged in Rock County Court with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

On May 1st the Rock County District Attorney’s Office filed a motion to revoke Bowman’s felony hold open agreement.

She’s due back in Rock County Court for a status conference on June 4th.
