A 65-year-old Janesville man is under arrest on suspicion of five counts of possession of child pornography.
Janesville Police say a cyber tip was submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in April of 2024.
Numerous search warrants were served on electronic service providers and Scott Ludois was developed as a suspect.
A search warrant was conducted at Ludois’ residence with the help of electronic device sniffing K-9 Maui, and several other electronic devices were seized.
Ludois was arrested Friday near the intersection of South Jackson Street and West State Street in Janesville. He’s currently being held in the Rock pending his initial court appearance.
