Evansville woman pleads guilty to injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle

A 28-year-old Evansville woman who admitted to having one or two beers before crossing the centerline on U.S. Highway 14 and striking another vehicle head-on will spend six months in the Rock County Jail.

According to online court records Alison Pagel plead guilty Friday morning to injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

In addition to the jail time, Pagel will lose her license for two years and have to pay $40,000 in restitution.

The accident last July in the town of Porter injured a 39-year-old Janesville woman.

Pagel must report to jail by July 29th.
