Janesville plastics manufacturer Panoramic acquired by St. Louis company

A St. Louis food packaging company acquires the Janesville thermoformed plastics company Panoramic Inc. Panoramic president Rick Holznecht said in a press release he believes this move is the right thing for his company, employees and customers.
