Police arrest Iowa man after high-speed chase, crash in Janesville

A high-speed chase through Janesville ends after the suspect driver crashes his vehicle on the city’s near south side. The Wisconsin State Patrol initiated the pursuit on southbound Interstate 39/90 after receiving a report of a man
