Singer/songwriter Mary Heather Hickman makes her debut at radio with her single, “Treasure.”  “I wrote this song about my bad taste in men,” says Mary Heather, who posted a TikTok singing “Treasure” that garnered over a million views in less than 24 hours and is currently at 2.8 million views and 550K likes.

An experienced performer and gifted songwriter at 25 years old, Mary Heather’s dulcet voice highlights the irony, double entendre and spirited resilience at the heart of her music.  She has performed at venues such as AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys) and opened for a variety of artists including Justin Moore, Hank Williams, Jr., Brad Paisley and many others.

Born in El Dorado, Ark., and raised in Frisco, Texas (just outside of Dallas), Mary Heather’s cowgirl roots run deep throughout her sassy, irreverent, ‘Don’t mess with Texas’ songwriting style.  Mary Heather’s unaffected delivery style highlights the emotional acuity of her songs: honest, unflinching and gritty. Texas has a rich tradition of developing strong women performers who have the talent, creativity and boldness to break musical boundaries — artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Miranda Lambert and Tanya Tucker.  Now, Mary Heather Hickman is carrying on the Lone Star state legacy with her sassy, insightful and unapologetic music.
