WisDOT announces two-week restriction for I-39/90 northbound to WIS 81/Downtown Beloit

As part of the ongoing I-39/90 and I-43/WIS 81 interchange reconstruction project in Beloit, there will be ramp access changes and restrictions starting Friday night (July 30). I-43 southbound will be closed between Hart Road and I-39/90
