An Illinois woman charged with keeping a place of prostitution in Janesville has her preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.
According to the criminal complaint, Janesville Police received a report about sexual contact being sold at Asian Spa and Massage on Milton Avenue.
Officers used multiple undercover informants who went into the business and were offered sexual favors for an additional fee.
Detectives also collected trash from the business which contained a large amount of used condoms.
A search warrant was conducted at the business last week. Officers found over $6000 in cash stuffed in a freezer.
The only person inside the building at the time of the raid was 52-year-old Shuqin Zhong.
Tuesday morning Court Commissioner Mason Braunschweig found that enough evidence had been presented that a felony had probably been committed by Zhong and bound her over for trail.
