Heroes Halloween Trunk or Treat Event

Beloit, WI- Community Action, Inc. of Rock and Walworth Counties is excited to announce its partnership with the Beloit Police Department for the second annual Heroes Halloween Trunk or Treat event. This family-friendly celebration will take place on Sunday, October 27th, at the Rotary River Center in Beloit, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. providing a safe and fun environment for children and families to enjoy Halloween festivities.
