Nature Walk and Meditation

A monthly summer series with Jen Carew, Spiritual and Emotional Wellness Practitioner and Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, inviting you to let go of the busyness of life and mindfully connect with nature.
Each session has a unique focus and will include a mindful walk through the gardens and guided meditation inspired by the natural surroundings.
No experience necessary. All experience levels are welcome!
Bring a towel or folding chair for seated meditation and walking shoes.
Because the Gardens close at 6 p.m., participants cannot walk the Gardens after this session. Please be aware that we will have the Gardens open for the session, but we ask that you leave once the session has concluded. Thank you!

About the presenter
With 19 years of meditation experience, including Transcendental Meditation training, Jen is dedicated to spiritual guidance and personal growth. She has over 10,000 hours of teaching and facilitation, along with 8 years of private coaching experience.
Jen is also a PROSCI Certified Change Management Practitioner, HAIL™ Certified Facilitator, and the former Global Director of Leadership Development at Whole Foods Market.
