Ryan Hurd is back with his first original music since the release of his 2019 EP, Platonic. On Sunday, the country singer-songwriter shared a track called “Every Other Memory” complete with a lyric video on YouTube. The song finds Hurd reminiscing over the highlights of a past relationship. “‘Every Other Memory’ just feels like such a nostalgic track,” Hurd says in a statement. “It’s so cool because it feels like each line in the song is almost like an emoji. It’s a feeling and it’s a picture that you can just really grab on to. The way the words came out, it just felt like each picture was really amazing.” The song was co-written by Hurd, Nathan Spicer and Cole Taylor.
