COVID-19 may be having a costly impact on families with school age children this fall. ECHO of Janesville Associate Director Jessica Locher says unlike other years where children could share their school supplies, this year each may need a set of their own to help prevent the spread of the virus. Locher says as part of Community Appreciation Day at Rotary Botanical Gardens, free admission is being offered along with a donation box. The event is set 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.   A list of needed school supplies can be found on ECHO’s website.
