Child sex offender being placed in Janesville

A convicted sex offender is being released into the Janesville community.  39-year-old Rodney M. Mouth was convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2002.  The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says Mouth is being relocated to Rock
