A Janesville woman facing four counts of vehicular homicide and four counts of injury by use of a vehicle under a controlled substance in connection to an April crash has the conditions of her $2,000 cash bond modified.

Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set a 24 hour curfew for 24-year-old Lexus Boedecker last month. Hoag said Tuesday Boedecker is aloud to leave the house to take her infant to the doctor, to visit with her attorney, to go to court, to meet with Justice Point, or to go to an AODA assessment.

According to the criminal complaint, Boedecker was 23 weeks pregnant and wasn’t authorized to drive the Willow Winds group home van when she blew a stop sign in Lima township and set off a chain reaction crash with two other vehicles that injured four people and killed four others.

Boedecker waived her right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday and was bound over for trial.
