A 29-year-old Rockford man appears in Rock County Court more than a year after he’s accused of threatening to shoot up his Beloit workplace.

Monday Court Commissioner Jack Hoag set Jatavian Foote’s cash bond at $1,000 on two counts of disorderly conduct, making terrorist threats, and unlawful use of a phone.

Assistant District Attorney David Zarwell says Foote called up Frito-Lay in Beloit and threatening to bring a gun and shoot people.

Foote was arrested in Georgia.

He’s due back in Rock County Court for his preliminary hearing on November 4th.
