Suspect arrested in Beloit shooting

A 35-year-old man has been arrested in a July 31st shooting incident on Beloit’s northeast side. A 25-year-old suffered non-life threatening injuries in the shooting following a large early evening disturbance in the 1700 block of Dewey Avenue. Police say Louis E. Kimball faces five counts of recklessly endangering safety and one count of a felon in possession of a firearm.
